Coach Jason Agostinho
Core Skills & Expertise
Qualifications and experience mean nothing if you don't gain the trust of the people you are coaching, parents and players alike.
Coaching Rules that I have used that have helped in developing hockey players from the youngest to the oldest...#1 Have Fun - We spend a lot of time at the hockey rink, if you are not having fun, it's not worth doing. #2 Never Give Up - Heart and Desire beat skill every day. #3 Respect - Respect for yourself, your teammates, your coaches, and most importantly your parents for giving you the opportunity to do something you love.

WHY I COACH
Being able to watch young kids become young adults, after all the time you spend in the rink together, players don't remember the outcome of every game, they remember the experience and joy, you as a coach help shape all those crucial moments.
Coaching Approach
You can't teach hockey if you don't learn your players. Hockey is not just on the ice; it includes a significant amount of time off the ice as well. Knowing what makes your players tick, at any age, helps you understand what you need to develop them on and off the ice.
Coaching Experience
My hockey journey began with friends playing street and pond hockey in Canada, Eh! I was fortunate enough to grow up playing at a high level in the Canadian hockey system, that skill allowed me to venture to Chicago and get an education while experiencing College hockey. I am grateful for all the coaches and trainers that helped shape my hockey skill and education along the way.
TESTIMONIALS AND ENDORSEMENTS
Having the privilege to coach for so many years, one of my greatest accomplishments is the relationships I have been able to maintain with the parents and players that I have coached in the past. Being able to watch young boys grow into young men and having them share their life as they grow makes you proud.
